I had an amazing experience today at this salon. First of all they accepted to see me right away since my usual colorist cancelled on me at the last minute. At first, I was nervous, occasionally in tears, not sure what to expect. But the result was nothing short of amazing. It took them 9 hours of color correction to take me from a brassy blond to a gorgeous brunette. Thay and Bai made it happen. Thank you so much ladies! I will be back. Service: Hair coloring

Wow! My hair are incredible! 1srt time at Thay but not the last one! My hair was done by Leh and she such an artist! My hair color (ginger) is perfect!!! The salon is beautiful and the staff are too! I really feel like a super model because of them! Obrigada girls! They use expensive quality products whos justify the price! High quality, high end salon! Really satisfied! First of all my appointment was at 12:00 i arrived at 11:50 told the lady at front desk my name and what service i wanted …at 12:30 the front desk calls my number to see when am i coming in(meanwhile been there for a while now) the ladies at the front desk never checked me in when i made the appointment i was told it was $70 for haircut and blow dry well that wasn’t the case blow dry was $60 extra didn’t find that out till after, i told my hairstylist i wanted layers and to blend my front breakage with my side bang didn’t get layers or anything i asked for my hair is one length which is something i don’t like my side bang isn’t blended not one person speaks English i would really love a refund because this isn’t fair to pay for a haircut that wasn’t what i wanted no where near what i asked for paying $149.50 is ridiculous i didn’t want to complaint but coming home and seeing how not blended my hair is was very upsetting i will be going to another salon to fix this Service: Haircut
