Hair Pro Salon

I came in today to get a wash and a trim. I do this every 4 months. I explained to the hair stylist I only want half an in to an inch taken off. I cannot believe how much she started cutting! When I noticed that I polietly mentioned to her that's too much, and she passive aggressively started cutting my hair one strand at a time asking if each strand is okay. She went on doing that for the rest of my trim... I cannot believe that she took off 3 inches of my already thin hair! My hair is very noticeably uneven. I wish I could rate this lower than a 1 star and I wish I never came in today. I will NEVER come back here again! I don't understand why some hair stylist don't listen to their clients, it's their hair and they want what they want.

This is a great place and I highly recommend it! I’ve been coming here for years. Bertha is fantastic. My hair always comes out looking very good and the prices are reasonable. I pray God’s blessings over Bertha and her business.
