I recently had a bad experience with a hair cut and I have been very leary of trying a new stylist. I really needed a cut and I called Friday morning to see if I could get an appointment for that evening. One of the stylists, Rocio, fit me in. This young lady asked me how I wanted my hair cut and I showed her pictures; one was my goal, because, due to the previous cut, my hair was not long enough, and the other was a cut that I thought would transition well after my hair grows out. Rocio listened carefully to everything I said, and then repeated it back to me in her own words, to confirm. She did EXACTLY what I asked her to do. I wanted to thank her for her patience and professionalism. I will be returning.
