I recently visited this nail salon with hopes of a relaxing and rejuvenating experience but unfortunately found myself greatly disappointed. The facility was clean, well organized, the initial staff was pleasant and accommodating. The phrase you are only as good as the people you have working for you applies here. I am not sure if the employee was new but the service was poor at best. I paid for the $90 tea package, the service itself was lackluster. My technician seemed distracted throughout, paying little attention to the delicate work required for a quality manicure. The application was sloppy, my cuticles and nails not being cut or filed. For those seeking a meticulous and relaxing nail service, I would advise looking elsewhere. With an abundance of options available, it’s unfortunate this salon fails to meet the standards set by others in the industry. I have been to this location several times and have gotten okay nail service. But today my nails are perfect and Erica my nail tech did my nails wonderfully. Sometimes is just the little things that make a difference and just by her applying cuticle oil to my nails after just a polish change was amazing. No one has ever done that at this location and for that I will be going back to her and will tell others about her service. Thanks Erica for making my visit extraordinary!!!
