I am very sorry that I have to write this review I have never left a review for anyone like this in my life I went to this hair salon with good intentions of improving my looks instead I got the worst experience of my life I've called in to make an appointment and when I called and I specifically told him I want someone who specializes and layering with the haircut they assign me to a girl named Brittany the two Pacific things that I asked Britney that I made sure not to take anything off the length of my hair i wanted just to add layers and to cut off the top to have more volume she recommended that she would just trim the bottom of my hair to take off that ends I told her half an inch she took off 5 ins did not add layers. My hair are so much flatter than what I went in no layers very uneven I asked her also to color match my hair so I can get the roots done. Hot Heads Salon is a full service salon offering hair styling, cuts and color. My stylist was talented. What I appreciated is that he listened to what I wanted and kept my long hair. The cut was great!

I just received the best haircut ever from Amber. I have never had a haircut I love and can style it just like Amber patiently showed me! Plus she is really amazing at color. Thank you so, so much!
