The haircut was fine and that was the only good part of the experience. When i arrived i was greeted by Kelly who asked me in broken English if i had registered online. When i told her i saw a sign on her door that said walk ins welcome, she said well OK but i don't know if you will get your hair cut today if you do not register online. After a client was done with his haircut he was kind enough to register me online. when the haircut was done i had a coupon. Again, Kelly said it was not good at that location. i explained to her it was good at any location in my city as it stated on the coupon. She stated that the franchise i was in was privately owned and not part of the franchise network. I again stated that the coupon stated any store in my city and i was in a store in my city. After 10 minutes of making me wait and all the attitude she could muster she accepted the coupon. I will never return here strictly because of the customer service or lack thereof. Service: Haircut

Consistent cuts are important. As long as you get there at least 1 hour before they close. Otherwise, they start cleaning up, and you might as well go somewhere else. They won't even take twice the posted costs for a hair cut within 30 minutes before they close. But the cuts are consistent, knowmatter who cuts your hair. If that matters to you.
