Sherif Zaki Salon and the Oasis spa

The spa services were great( facial and massage)! Denny is amazing! The location and spa feel is not the same as it was went I visited over 15 or so years ago. I would go back for the massage!

I am not one that generally does reviews on here, given my first name, I know it has a bad reputation. However, I'm still reeling from my experience here. Long story short, I went here for my first visit thanks to a gift card from friends and instead of having a relaxing facial like I thought I would have, I was given an unsolicited life coaching by my esthetician. I expected some skin care recommendations or suggestions to purchase. What I did not expect was being told to stop taking prescribed medicine by my specialist medical care provider, stop wiping my face with towels in the kitchen where I work (which I don't actually do), start taking supplements, change my diet and more. I just wanted to relax and be pampered. Instead I left with beautiful skin and feeling like at 40, I must look like a disaster to be told to do all that. The telling me to stop taking certain medication I felt was completely uncalled for and inappropriate. Sadly I do have more money left on this gift card but

This review is not a reflection on their stylists, who are all very skilled, but I can no longer in good conscious recommend this salon/spa after witnessing shameful customer service. I’ve seen the owner loudly “go off” on people in just the worst way, including senior citizens. There has to be a better way to speak to customers without causing a scene.
