Please don’t go. Don’t waste your time and money. Horrible service. I made an appointment for a stone massage pedicure and gel manicure. I was already seated in the pedicure chair with my feet inside the water when I got bumped by a regular costumer. The lady that ended up doing my service did the bare minimum and I never saw a hot stone. She also drilled horribly my gel manicured nails. Before doing my feet, so I couldn’t read the entire time I was having my very badly pedicure. They rushed me over a table for my hands and my big toe got ruined because of that. Which I got fixed really quickly and they didn’t even put a base polished on it. Later they sat me with another technician for my gel manicure, the polished wouldn’t come of, because of the very badly drilled work, and the lady started carving them so hard that I said I didn’t want to have my nails mistreated because everybody was in a rush. Hi went today with my mom got the deluxe spa pedicures. Made appointments at 10 am and we were taken right away. Tina was my tech and was professional and through. My feet look lovely. They did a mask, foot massage including hot stones. My feet look beautiful. Worth the $59. Made my next appointment for the wonderful service. Did two colors for fun!

I love coming to Kate’s! Linh always does a fantastic job with my nails. She ensures they look great and that I’m rocking the latest trends. She is thorough and my dip manicure lasts forever! Definitely recommend!
