Linh NEVER misses! I’ve been going to Kate’s for about 6 months now and I won’t go anywhere else. Linh does amazing work — she knows everyone’s name, is on top of the trends, and is always willing to get creative. This is my favorite manicure to date! The salon itself is extremely clean and I’ve never seen them turn anyone away due to time. They always make it happen! I will be a loyal customer for years to come! Please don’t go. Don’t waste your time and money. Horrible service. I made an appointment for a stone massage pedicure and gel manicure. I was already seated in the pedicure chair with my feet inside the water when I got bumped by a regular costumer. The lady that ended up doing my service did the bare minimum and I never saw a hot stone. She also drilled horribly my gel manicured nails. Before doing my feet, so I couldn’t read the entire time I was having my very badly pedicure. They rushed me over a table for my hands and my big toe got ruined because of that. Which I got fixed really quickly and they didn’t even put a base polished on it. Later they sat me with another technician for my gel manicure, the polished wouldn’t come of, because of the very badly drilled work, and the lady started carving them so hard that I said I didn’t want to have my nails mistreated because everybody was in a rush. Kate’s Spalon is my little slice of heaven. I have been a loyal customer since the day the Spalon opened its doors over 10 years ago. The Spalon is beautiful and always clean. The Spalon is almost always super busy, but Kate goes out of her way to accommodate all customers. Kate and her staff are so sweet. They have been there for so many special milestones in my life and have become like family to me. My Mom and sister are also very loyal clients. My 6 year old daughter loves coming to the Spalon now, too! Kate is always so kind to my family and that means so much to us. I have experienced every single nail tech at the Spalon and they are all wonderful with similar techniques. Linh does the most amazing dip manicure, she is so helpful with picking the perfect color and is so meticulous with her technique. My dip nails can last almost a month! Mary gives the most relaxing spa pedicure massage and is so attentive to detail when it comes to cleaning my feet and painting them perfectly. I
