The Best Nail Spa of Norwalk — New Fantastic Spa & Nails

Last time I got a manicure with two simple designs I was overcharged. They don't seem to have a standard price on some services which is weird. I just called to ask how much a gel pedicure costs and the guy asked if I was calling to make an appt or asking a price, I said a price and he legit hung up on me. I thought how weird, but okay maybe I got disconnected, tried calling back.... Ringing, ringing no answer. So he did indeed hang up on me. Beware of this place! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Absolutely in love ???? with this place Xenia her husband & Jenny deff get it done I have never been so happy at a mail salon deff worth my money I feel like family every time !! Deff deserves so much more she's really for the people!! I promise u won't be disappointed with ur time!! Almost a year in no complaints

Wow!!!1st time there! I could not believe the lack of professionalism! 1. You are ordered around like you work for them. 2. Pedicure was rushed and it was painful. 3. I also had a refill done on my nails and same thing happened, it was rushed and had no clue that I was not enjoying the painful manicure. Once I pointed it out that they are rushing and needed to slow down because it was hurting my skin, the guy became upset and I just wanted to go! FYI. He did not get a tip! And it was clear to him I wasn’t going to tip him with my reaction to the work he did! Note: if you go to a nail salon and during your visit, there are 2-3 people coming back complaining that their nail polish or acrylic nail is done incorrectly, etc.. that is a true indicator NOT to go back!!!
