10/10 Tanya did a great job on my hair, she was very careful and attentive to my hair. She completely devoted and focuses on doing her job.I love the way my hair turned out, and I will be coming back here to get my hair done!
Terrible customer service!!! My husband and I wanted to give this place a try since we live in Norwalk . We called 4xs a day prior, and no one picked up so we decided to go next morning first thing in AM. My husband and I arrived to salon and were completely ignored for a good 25mins, not even a Hello! We both watched worker/owner there eat her food and drink her snapple and not a single approach. We got tired of waiting and walked out because clearly they didn't want the business. So we decided to go to "Why not Silvia's hair salon" in Norwalk. We were more then satisfied with this salon " Why not Sylvia's hair salon". The service and customer service skills were more than terrific!
