Supercuts

I've been going here since moving to the area 4 years ago. I have also had my hair cut by all of the stylists there but David is my preferred stylist. Again, the whole staff is great but he's my go to (it's like when you recommend a restaurant and say every dish is good but you order the same thing everytime). I used to have a preferred haircut but I let David take charge and cut then style it because I trust his skills and he's just that good. I recommend this place to anybody needing a haircut and style. This is the WORST managed Supercuts and AIZHEN is HORRIBLE and RUDE! They don't even deserve a 1 star. Just had to in order to leave a review. My husband had an appointment with her at 9am. The first appointment that day. He expected to be seen at 9am as he was there when they opened the store. She took a customer who came in the same time as my husband 1st, who did not have an appointment. After telling her that he had the 1st appointment with her, she rudely replied when she's done, he'd be next. So, he asked what the point of making an appointment was if she doesn't honor them. With a snarky attitude she said they don't go by appointments. It's first come first serve, Mind you He was there as they turned the key to open the front door- he was FIRST. Other customers in the store agreed with him and felt it made no sense. He didn't wait and left upset- rightfully so. The whole family has been going to this Supercuts for 20 years. We have only had great experiences and Aizen has been our go to person over the years. Great with the kids, very pleasant, and great haircuts! Highly recommend.
