Went in for a trim , asked for one inch off from the start. Hairdresser was nice but I could see in a hurry because there were 2 other people waiting and the other hairdresser had a client she was working on.. I felt she was trying to hurry up to make her quota. She Took off more than I asked for and cut was uneven. Manager did her best to fix it but it still looked awful. Now I have to grow out the mess that was created to my hair. I should have waited and gone to my other Supercut girl in Glastonbury. Never again! Service: Haircut
Personable staff, ready to serve you when you enter the door. Haircut was great! I didn't feel like it was rushed. Hairdresser was attentive to detail with each cut. Couldn't have been better
