QUEEN BEE HAIR SALON

I don't have enough great things to say about Queen Bee Salon. I have been going to Jenelly for over six years. Not only is she a great hairdresser, but she is also a professional, warm and friendly individual. She is respectful of my time and is extremely flexible and accommodating to my schedule. My hair came out fine. But the environment was very uncomfortable for ME. This "Salon" is a small room in the Briary Building on Berlin Turnpike so I passed it twice because I was looking for the Queen Bee Salon. I arrived early and called to confirm my arrival but no one answered. I called again about 5 minutes of 3 p.m. and again, no answer. I rang a bell of one of the other beauty businesses housed in the building and was let in by a very pleasant woman that showed me unit 7 the Queen Bee location, a waiting area, and a rest room. After 3 p.m. at least by 5 minutes, Jenelly arrives and points to the door as she passes through the waiting area where I am sitting. No greeting, no sorry I am late, not Hi how are you. Welcome. Nothing. We go in talk a little about if I ever had the keratin process done before. She proceeds to tell me my hair is not short because it is at my shoulders. (So don't think the price you see when booking online is anywhere near the price she's going to charge.

Janelly always does a great job on my locs, she was by far the least expensive of all the other places I tried to go to. She is very professional and will always let you what you expenses will be before she charges you. Service: Dreadlocks
