I’ve been getting my hair colored with Chloe since 2019. In 2021 I decided to go all over brown at a different salon and was doing that for 2 years. This year I decided I wanted to start the blonde process again and I only trust Chloe with this. I came in expecting to get a caramel balayage and she let me know the same thing since I’ve been dying my hair brown for so long, BUT I ended up leaving the salon in a beautiful light balayage (that I really wanted) in one session <3. She is truly one of the best hair artist in Colorado. Forever client right here. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Balayage

It would be unfair to not edit this review, as the owner has reached out and offered me some reimbursement. But, I’ve never been more disappointed in hair results. My hair is two toned now, black at the former roots and that gross early 2000s burgundy where my highlights were. It was supposed to be a level six, it’s a level 1 or 2 and then all different types of splotchy weirdness through out. The cut is so uneven and I look so white trash… and don’t have time to fix it for another several days. It was never about the money. I have never felt so ugly in my life. I try to be fair while reviewing places… and I chose this place based on the good reviews. In my original review, I said some nice things about this place. The cute aesthetics and how nice the stylists were. But I would never go here again, would never recommend it and would go as far as to say I have real legitimate hate in my heart for the girl who did this to me, haha. Worst experience ever! Hair stylist name Chloe Pianles. The first appt was on one 1/2 hour late. Baby daddy didn't do something on time, 10 o'clock appt turned into an 11:30 appt. The color I walked out with looked like a green tint, not what I wanted. The owner says it doesn't look green. Lol. Sure had a 3 o'clock appointment a week later to fix the green and then they tell me she won't be ready till 5. Now im upset I wanted my 3 o'clock appointment. Couldn't accommodate me so I walked out of there with green hair. I get the owner defending her co-workers, but she knew she was wrong she knew the stylist was wrong. Worst $300.00 spent. What a waste of both her time and and mine.
