I have no complaints and I can be very picky about my haircuts. I always show her a picture and she and I discuss my hair goals. She always manages to deliver the haircut of my dreams. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, don't let them touch your hair. They are so rude, they don't respect people at all,Stop gaslighting your clients or fighting with them when they are trying to tell you they're unhappy. I did highlights with savannah from 2 weeks ago ,she gave me an awful hair color even I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted and she engorged me and doesn't know what she is doing and after she washed my hair she didn’t want to dry my hair to see the final colour and she wanted me to go home with wet hair .They are not professional at all , they don’t know ABC the rules and basics of a hairdresser , and the owner she doesn't care about the poor quality the stylist are allowed to offer for a higher end price more than they write in their website $50 higher or more (This is lying to people) and when I asked them to fix my hair tone after one week they were aggressive, made fun of me, and rude with me and told me I have to pay again while there website says that fixing the

She knows just what works for my face and coloring, not to mention her ability to put you at ease in her chair!
