Serendipity Salon & Spa

I used the online reservation system and my appointment request was never confirmed so I made an appointment elsewhere and emailed them the day prior to the requested appointment to let them know I was canceling because they hadn't responded and my appointment was still in "pending status". The day of the appointment I had originally requested they called 15 minutes after the appointment would have started to ask if I was coming....unfortunate, as I'd heard great reviews about this salon. I'd suggest not using the online reservation system.

The women here are amazing. Seriously! They do it all!! It has taken me 8 years to find a place that can give me the perfect look. I went in with little hope to be satisfied and came out a believer again! They know what they are doing and it shows. I completely love this place and will be a client here for good. Thank you for everything!

I was referred to Serendipity by a friend who goes there for her hair and had Maddison cut and tone my hair, she was such a great stylist and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. No awkward silences, you can tell she really does love her job and is good at it! I had to bring my 4 month old along and the whole salon was so supportive and patient with her fussing at times. I LOVE the way my hair came out and will definitely be coming back!
