Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Robin does an amazing job on my hair! I always love the color and cut SOO much! I've been going to her for a year an a half! She is also fun to chat with and tells funny stories!

I can't recall the name of the stylist that did my hair but as soon as i had mentioned having a coupon she was very cold and borderline rude during the rest of the cut. I understand there are some issues between corporate and local branches causing friction on the corporate coupons but it didnt need to be taken out on the customer. I also had a simple men's 90 degree cut and the stylist messed up around one of my ears, leaving patches shaved out, which did not look good.

Not a bad location and I’ve never had an awful haircut but both times I’ve gone there have been things I didn’t particularly enjoy unfortunately. Today when I went I was seated pretty quickly which I appreciate but the woman cutting my hair spent all of 5 minutes on it, didn’t offer to wash it, and didn’t wet my hair at all during the cut (which I suppose may be personal preference, the haircut itself isn’t bad). She cut off probably 1/4-1/2 of an inch and I still have dead ends which I had asked her to remove. I ended up paying $30 total, which isn’t too pricey for a haircut overall but for what I received it seemed a little bit unreasonable. I tipped 20% ($25 for the haircut, $5 in tip) but it seemed like they didn’t particularly want me in there and my entire experience was incredibly rushed (I was also the only person in the salon). If you’re in a pinch you can get a decent haircut but I should have just gone to my normal stylist who charges $40 and styles it. Service: Haircut
