Trina did SUCH an amazing job on my hair! I mean, look at the before and after photos… I have dark hair and wanted to reach a cooler tone with added dimension, but I also knew that lifting dark hair can be difficult. She went to extra mile to make sure she got my toner formula correct and it certainly paid off. Trina exceeded all my expectations and I am OBSESSED with my new hair!!!!

I was debating on whether or not I should post this. Because I have had a good experience with them once (trina) but I had my hair cut a few months back by Jay and she did a AWFUL job. She was really sweet and great customer service but my hair is literally soo uneven, butchered, and choppy. I hate it so much. I went to get it fixed by Trina and drove over an hour for her to not fix it right and my hair is so uneven. They're both really sweet but seems they are overbooked and discombobulated. One person will be cutting my hair for one minute, then the next minute someone else is doing it. Just a really sloppy job. I'm writing this because they already attempted to fix my hair and failed miserably. I feel as if Jay should know how to do a haircut properly before cutting anyone's hair. This really isn't okay. I don't want a free haircut or someone else to attempt to fix this, I'm just writing this because this just is flat out not acceptable, especially at the price range you charge

The color correction I received here was PHENOMENAL from start to finish! I booked with Gianna who is the actual sweetest. She was able to take my box dyed - over processed hair and turn it into exactly what I wanted. She had help from a newer stylist, Audrey, and I must say she was excellent as well. They were both gentle and explained the process in depth. I have a lot of hair and other girls jumped in to help them get everything bleached and in foils. All the stylists were so personable and just genuinely great at their craft and not to mention good people. Now the price was $500+ I know this can deter some folks but it is 100% worth it! These stylists dedicated 4 hours of work on my hair today and the price is more than fair for the amazing outcome. Also the front desk staff is stellar! Marisa helped me get a wrong charge refunded right away and was very nice. You get what you pay for and I am so glad I came to Sahair! Service: Hair coloring
