J. Lyn and Friends A Salon

I love this salon! All the stylist and nail techs are always friendly, and make you feel at home. It has such a warm and welcome environment and always feels more like visiting friends then just getting your hair done. I get my hair done by Kristen and she always does an amazing job with my hair. Both nail techs here are so sweet and creative with whatever nail art and colors I want. One of the best salons in the area by far!

I have worn my hair in a ponytail for 30 years. I needed it gone. I went to J. Lyn and friends to do just that. My stylist, Lu Lu was fantastic! I brought in 3 pics of what I wanted along with some ideas of my own. It all came together beautifully. My new shorter cut is amazing. She helped me with how to fix it at home and have fun with it. I am SO disappointed to be leaving such a poor review for this salon. I first came in for a pedi in 2016 where I met Kristin while Jolela did my nails. Kristen was a LIFE CHANGER. I've never found anyone who I vibe so well with and on top of it she made my hair look perfect every time for how i like it. I'm VERY picky because I grew up the daughter of a stylist and dabbled in a little Paul Mitchell cosmetology school myself. So very high standards. I would say this salon definitely delivers quality to your hair goals, but the issue I have since kristen left to raise her kids is NO ONE ANSWERES OR RETURNS A SINGLE FREAKING PHONE CALL OR VOICEMAIL I LEAVE. The online appointment request is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE to contend with, and I dont want to have to actually come in any time I want to make an appointment. I found Kim Connelly on Ouidads website, she used to be a stylist here. She answered my call immediately despite being on vacation and helped me set up an appointment. She said she
