I’ve been seeing Jessica since she graduated! Her styles, technique and dedication to a cut or color you’ll love always makes me feel like a new me when I leave! Bailey is just as dedicated and the whole staff makes me feel welcome as relaxed whole I’m there! Highly recommend

2/5 because the stylist that worked with my wife (Jessica) was super nice. My wife tried an organic boxed product and didn’t like the result. My wife went in for a consult, and Jessica was politely helping my wife. Now, if we never interacted with Jessica... 0/5 stars would be the review. The cigarette smelling, chain smoking manager absolutely humiliated my wife in a full salon. I’ve seen her before because I work on the top story of the building the salon is in. My wife just had a baby, is feeling really bad about herself, and just wanted to have someone work on her hair. The grotesque manager grabbed my wife’s hair and said so loudly “oh we are not touching this, what did you use?” My wife couldn’t get two words out without being interrupted. This manager said “those things have metallic blah blah in them” (which the one we bought didn’t have any metallic ingredients- not like this managers mind could be changed). It’s one thing to tell a customer that her hair is beyond saving, but

Very upscale atmosphere with professional stylists who know their craft. I have been to other salons where they are always behind and I end up waiting around for a mediocre service. My time is respected here and I always come out looking my best. The owners are attentive and obviously value their clientele. It would be a bargain at twice the cost. I never mind paying for top notch service and quality.
