Every aspect of the experience at Chez Elle is extraordinary. I’ve been going to see Savannah for over 12 years and have never left less than thrilled! She can do complex and simple with precision. I rarely even ask for something specific, I sit down and tell her to work her magic! She’s fabulous with the littles, too (she did my baby’s first trim and was so gentle and reassuring).

I’ve been going to this salon and seeing Savannah for years and always love the way my hair turns out. We have done so many different hair cuts and different kinds of color and I always am super satisfied with the results! Because I love my hair, and I get nothing but compliments about how awesome the color is when I get it done. Best cut and colors of my life! The salon and everyone there are amazing!!! Couldn’t imagine going to another salon ????

Hi, Savanna had an appointment scheduled with my fiancé at 1pm on the day of our wedding for bridal hair. Our wedding cerimony was supposed to start at 4pm. She drove 40 minutes from Boulder to Chez Elle salon to find no one there. We then received the following message. Thank God my fiances sister and best friend were there as they had to then figure out a plan B, WITH LESS THAN 2 HOURS TO CEREMONY. Why would my wife not know her own wedding date? We purposefully chose our wedding date to be 11/2/22. So miscommunication was not on my wife's side. As a business owner this is not how I would have handled this as there wasn't even an apology. there's no way a bride is going to wait 45 minutes to pay a stylist to rush her hair. To say I'm bummed about your performance and the way blame was shifted onto us is an understatement.
