Update: 9 months later and I am still trying to fix the banding that was done by Zach. I have spent over $2k and have been seen by 3 different stylists. I finally decided to give up being blonde and have dyed my hair dark brown in an attempt to cover up what was done here. Original: When I called and scheduled the appointment, I told the receptionist that I was looking to get a blonde balayage done. However, when I had my hair done at the appointment by Zach, it was done as a full highlight and root melt (which he asked if I wanted, I said yes, but did not know it was an additional cost.) So anyways, it was not what I wanted but I wasn’t aware of this until the end. I even showed Zach photos of how blonde my hair used to be and that was what I wanted it to look like (I’ll attach the photo to the review as well) before hand and showed him that I had a good 4-5 inches of grow out as well. Mary is absolutely incredible at what she does -- a true professional and fabulous hair stylist. My blonde highlights look SPECTACULAR! She asked great questions before we got started to really help me get clarity on exactly the look I was going for, and I am so so happy with how it turned out! Highly highly recommend!!!

I can not begin to describe how much Alden brought me joy. We had so much fun laughing, talking, and getting to know one another. My hair turned out better than words can describe. I’ve never felt like a bran new person, until he did my hair. You can tell his 27 years have paid off and he really is the best at what he does. His passion shows and I am grateful for finding him.
