I went back in March for a simple trim on length and my bangs. I really emphasized to barely touch the bangs, and that I like them bouncy and feathery. The hairstylist cut them too short (I didn’t realize until after because they pull them over your eyes and stand in front of you), and tried to hide the fact by straightening them flat against my forehead. I wore a hat for two weeks, not even exaggerating a little bit. Will easily say I will never go back. Only posting now because I was looking for a new hairstylist and this place popped up.
