The location is so cute and always really clean! There are a lot of different products available and they're always well stocked! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome! Liz is my go-to for my hair and she does a FANTASTIC job every single time! She's super attentive and communicative with what I want done and she never disappoints! I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else!!

First time experience and I'll be back. I enjoyed the welcoming gift, the staff were very friendly (but not in an overly friendly way) and kind. Mr. Toby was a welcoming site and he was a gentle large pup- adorable! A fun environment. The haircut was perfect and enjoyed all the products. The shampoo and scalp massage was so nice and relaxing (loved the chairs). I look forward to booking future services. I was offered a beverage as well but did not partake as I had my own water. Absolutely loved my experience at Grand! Had my first haircut in 6 years with April who immediately made me feel so comfortable and listened to all my concerns. I’m super happy with the results and will absolutely be returning! I also got my first facial done by Rosann who was so calming and knowledgeable. Grand absolutely made me feel pampered and powerful! All employees were extremely professional and welcoming. Definitely worth it! Service: Haircut
