I have been coming to this salon for years now! It’s my favorite place to get my hair done. Ergun and his staff treat me like a Queen every time I am there. They all remember my name as they greet me with best Turkish coffee I’ve ever had. I have been a long time client of Samantha Balagat and I could not imagine letting anyone else touch my hair. I have very dark, thick and heavy hair which calls for long sessions as I have been transitioning to icy blonde. She is patient and she loves to explain her process as she works, I feel like I get a free science lesson every visit. Her knowledge of the color bar is also somewhat scientific as she always seems to know the perfect blend of colors to add or mix. Sam is a true artist and she wows me every visit. I always say “Sam I don’t know how you lifted my hair so well” and her answer is always “Old Turkish Secret” This salon is amazing! Randi is absolutely amazing! I had brassy blonde hair with a lot of brown and the blonde was dull. She did the most amazing job on ensuring I went platinum white blonde, she is the best stylist I have seen since I moved from LA and I will never be going to anyone but her ever again! Her hair cuts are amazing as well and she does not upcharge like crazy unlike most places. She is fair and kind and made me feel comfortable and sat down and did a full consultation beforehand and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I love my hair now!!! Can’t wait to come back for my root touch up. Thank you, Randi! You rock! The salon is also super cute and the receptionist is so sweet. The owner is very nice and I am so happy I found my hair home!
