I found Collective Hue after a “NIGHTMARE” Experience at a commercial Salon. Both Shi Shi and Kass welcomed me in with Opened Arms!!!!! Shi Shi did my Brows today and they look AMAZING!!!!!From the moment that I first walked through the doors. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this salon.
