Definitely my go-to salon in Denver (sadly I moved so won’t be coming as often). Carly is awesome and always does a great job cutting my hair. The salon is beautifully luxe/industrial, offers complimentary drinks, has a place for you to hang your coat, and they have their own parking so you’re not circling the block in a frenzy trying to get to your appointment on time. They have an online booking system too which I love. I’ve always been satisfied coming here and feel it’s well worth the money
I had positive experiences up until a year or so ago. Recently, I've received calls asking me to come earlier or later for my appointment a few hours before my time slot. It's happened at least four times. It's frustrating to pick a time and not have it confirmed. On my last visit, they called to say they were running 45 min to an hour late and when I said I couldn't make that work but said I could reschedule, they asked that I come in anyway and the stylist clearly rushed and did my haircut in 20 minutes but still charged me full price. Very disappointed and will be changing salons now.
It's been about 2 years since I last visited Bang salon but I've come to really enjoy all of my experiences there. I was in need of a haircut that would refresh my long unmanageable hair. I wanted to keep the length but I needed a new shape. I had an appointment with Aero today and he did an amazing job with my hair. Trimmed my layers and framed my face with curtain bangs. He kept my legnth but really refreshed my hair. I'm extremely happy Service: Haircut
