Worst haircut ever. The older lady cutting my hair dropped a comb in my hair while cutting it, only spent 5 minutes on my hair, and sent me home with wet hair when it was freezing outside. She took two inches off (which we discussed) but did such a bad job that I had to get it fixed so I lost a-lot of length. I originally had a v-shape and she made it a blunt cut for no reason.Just don’t go here. I usually have good experiences at Great Clips and will never go again after this disaster. Worst part, pretty sure she is the owner! Service: Haircut

Normally I make an appointment on line. When I walk in I see my name on the screen and am asked if I checked in.. Went in today saw my name in the number 2 position and was ignored. 3 people behind me on the screen went before me. When I asked why this happened I was told I didn't check in. My reply? "My name is at the top of your list. When I came in you never stopped working just started calling other people." No apology. "Not our fault." Not the customer service I usually get. Not happy so I left.

Slowest haircut salon I've ever been to. If you check in online, double the timeframe to get an accurate estimate.
