The online check-in is helpful but we still waited far too long once we arrived. There were only two stylists working and I one was incredibly slow. So basically only one person was working and for a Saturday that is unacceptable. Not sure we will come back. We stayed since we had a gift card, otherwise I would have left. Services: Kids' cuts, Bang trim, Haircut

Online check in always helps! Very nice feature and usually accurate. Sometimes you have to wait a bit inside once arrived but usually not to bad. I’ve gone many times and pleased with the outcome of my haircut. I have had many different ladies cut my hair and they are all professional and results are good across the board.

Normally I make an appointment on line. When I walk in I see my name on the screen and am asked if I checked in.. Went in today saw my name in the number 2 position and was ignored. 3 people behind me on the screen went before me. When I asked why this happened I was told I didn't check in. My reply? "My name is at the top of your list. When I came in you never stopped working just started calling other people." No apology. "Not our fault." Not the customer service I usually get. Not happy so I left.
