Style Network Salon and Supplies

I had an appointment for 9a. No one was there to unlock the building for Emma (nail tech) and I. We waited 40 minutes in the parking lot until someone finally showed up to unlock the doors. Then they didn't have a code, so the alarm went off for several minutes. Emma was great, but unfortunately was rushed due to losing 40 minutes. No issue with her at all, I felt bad for her. Then they charged me the full amount, which was not worth that much due to being late and being rushed. I got nothing for the poor experience, even after asking. I work in retail and we do whatever we can to resolve a customer issue. Be careful coming here, the business doesn't care about their clients or customer service!

First of all, I was told that Paul, the owner of the salon, would be cutting and coloring my hair, but when I arrived for the appt.. Jennifer told me she'd be taking care of me as Paul wasn't even there... Not wanting to reschedule, I went along with it. Although the color was much brighter than anticipated (orange!), I'm going to wait a few days for it to fade to more of the copper shade I had wanted. What really upset me though, was that she had cut off way too much of my hair - even when I showed her several photos of what I wanted. Because she also didn't appear to listen to me when I stated that I wanted my hair to be styled straight, she "poufed" it while blow drying it, which caused my hair to wave, etc. I expressed my concern about it being too short on top, of which she assured me it wasn't, but when I got home and straightened it myself, it was definitely cut too short. I will never go there again!

I love this salon! All my favorite products are there, and the prices are reasonable for high-end, luxury lines. They do carry mostly VEGAN products, which is awesome! I've had my nails done by Juni, who is so sweet and gentle with my sensitive feet. Becca does a wonderful job with cuts and balayage, so I'm pretty happy with my results. They even carry 100% real hair extensions, which I did try once, and loved. The owner stops in frequently, and is very welcoming, which is rare to find in a salon!
