I’ve had a great experience here every time. The space is so clean and pretty. Courtney did such a fabulous job on my face wax and specifically my brows. She cleaned them up and shaped them perfectly. Great service at the desk too :)
I used to go to Greenwood Village’s location and I loved it, but the person who waxed me at Castle Rock location wasn’t good, she had long nails, and she couldn’t grab the wax properly. I had a very painful Brazilian wax and when I made it home I realized she has left lots of wax on my body as well. Every job requires certain things, and she wasn’t equipped for her job.
