I had a massage with Florence and a facial with Allison. WOW. It was my first time at Copperfalls, but not my first massage or facial. It was THE best massage and facial I’ve EVER had. It was an incredibly relaxing experience. I was in a state of complete zen. After each appointment, they met with me to answer my questions, going the extra mile to provide targeted recommendations. Their level of service is unmatched. I will be back!

Candice has been doing my hair for almost a year, ever since I found her after someone else completely ruined my hair. She is INCREDIBLE. The color is so beautiful every time— I get so many compliments on it after I have an appointment with her! Red is very hard to do well and I can’t believe how pretty it is.

Not I only is she an expert at her craft, her high level of professionalism and intuitive approach is unparalleled in my experience.
