Marseille Nail Salon

Very poor experience! DO NOT USE THIS SALON! I just moved to Castle Rock after having a regular nail salon for 2 years in Littleton. I guess I was spoiled at how well that salon was ran because my experience today was awful. This was the first nail salon I tried and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I think the man who did my nails is named T. He burned me several times with the Dip dremel, but didn’t get the dip around my cuticles filed down the nail to offer a smooth transition. So now, as soon as they grow out a little, I will have to find somewhere else to either fix or replace them. Also, his thumb nail dug so hard into my fingers that it broke skin. When I went to pay, there was no line on the receipt for a tip, then, when I asked where the receipt was to add a tip, he looked at me like I was at fault for not having cash for a tip! He did a poor job, then had the gall to be mad at me for not having a cash tip. Whoever owns this salon should be ashamed. Learn how to treat people with res

Wow, so many things wrong with this place! My nails are terrible. The man doing my dip was so aggressive with my hands pulling me closer to him and scolding me for not relaxing my fingers. He burned me three with the dremel, the whole process was painful. All of my cuticles are a mess full of leftover drip powder and gel polish. I should honestly go back for a refund. I’ve never left with nails that look this bad!!! Service: Dip powder
