Le Joli Salon

I was looking for a salon to do hair and make-up for my step-sons wedding. Not knowing the area and coming in from another country, I found Le Joli, read the reviews & booked an appointment not knowing what to expect. My experience was wonderful; I had Katy who took her time, made suggestions and really gave me beautiful yet tasteful make-up. Her mom, Fari then did my hair in a simple up-do. She too made excellent suggestions in terms of style and which clips I should have placed in my hair. It was such a positive and pleasant experience that I walked out of there delighted! Thank you for making my special day even more beautiful!

Terrible, horrible rushed, uncaring experience. I wanted a bob with height. I brought in a picture. Her son washed my hair. She sat down by the shampoo chair to explain a product I might like to use, in mid sentence, she leaves!!! As she combed my wet hair she told me, "That bob would make you look old!" Then she proceeded to trim my shoulder length hair 1/4 inch! I asked her why didn't she give me the haircut and she said, "You can always come back for a haircut." Omg really? I desperatly needed the hair cut I showed her a pic of as I was due for the deposition re my daughters untimely death. She proceeded to tell me, "To add height on top you should use PLANT CLIPS in your hair when it's wet. Wait, what??? The blond bob is what I wanted, minus the blond. $80 down the drain! Very, VERY unhappy. Service: Haircut

At the last minute Fary was able to wash my hair, trim it and give me an excellent blow-out. She is lovely. Very efficient, professional and quick! I will absolutely go back to her. Services: Blowouts, Hairstyling
