I used to go to an expensive salon, but tried Great Clips when I was in a time crunch. I have gotten my hair cut here twice, and have been entirely pleased both times. The stylists are good communicators, listening well; and able to translate words into great hair cuts! You can't beat the price and the efficiency!
Super, super slow. Understaffed and way too much chitchat in the background when there is a lineup. One can easily spend an hour waiting here when the app states 20 minutes.
This is my second trip to this location and it is as wonderful as always. Justine is wonderful and talented. She definitely knows what she is doing. She is very nice and receptive 2 customer needs. The salon is clean and tidy and the cut is worth the price. I think this is permanently my place where I would go for a haircut.
