Supercuts

Patty was absolutely amazing! I was very nervous to go with a new style for my hair. After talking with Patty, she listened to what I wanted and made my vision a reality! I could not be happier and have recommended her to all of my friends. Supercuts is really lucky to have her, if I could give 10 stars I would!

Let me start by saying that I know I may not have made the best choice going to supercuts to begin with in the services that I needed. But it was within a decent budget, no wait, nearby, and seemed that the circumstances would yield a decent result. I don't usually go out of my way to share bad experiences. I may still chalk this up to a possibility of a bad day or being overwhelmed. I arrived a few minutes before opening and was the second person in line. I wanted a shampoo/condition and simple blow-dry. I was warned that the simple blow-dry does not involve any styling, which was not an issue as long as my hair was fully dry. The gentleman in front of me got his haircut and until when I was taken back to wash my hair, nobody was there. I was taken to the back, offered to get a full deep conditioning, and I declined. I mentioned to the stylist (the only one working and i'm assuming that's why hours were further reduced at this location?) that my hair may need to be washed extra. The s

I just got a haircut with Jaime and it was easily hands down the most attention anyone has ever given to the hairs on my head. She was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. Most stylists like to rush and give a generic haircut, but my experience with Jaime was superb. You can really tell she cares; and its especially noticeable with the delicate things like taking on/off your mask earloops or gently pushing your ear out of the way to trim the hair around it, or even just wiping your neck with a hot tea tree towel! The final haircut result looks fantastic! I’ve been to various barbershops and even other Supercuts. The experience I received today with Jaime was hands down the best. The attention to detail and level of care she gave when cutting my hair was unmatched by any barber I’ve been to. The experience I received was one I’d expect at a top salon/barber who charges hundreds. 10/10! Consider it a privilege to get a such a quality haircut for such an inexpensive price! I r
