I had such a wonderful experience! My hair came out exactly how I was hoping! And it feels so healthy and refreshed! Thank you! Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Haircut, Hairstyling, Balayage
Unfortunately did not get the same experience as many have stated. Was charged a total of $425 without tip. $395 for the Full Blonding+ Haircut Service with an additional $70 of extra color used. However, the balayage full-blonding was poorly executed for the price. To fix, I was going to be charged for an additional appointment to fix the sections of my hair that were never properly colored. Very disappointed in how the staff handled my situation and the lack of customer service from the front desk.
