Today I went for dry setting ..from my last 4 services I always feel here so welcomed and love to go there always for hair styling .But unfortunately I had worst service today my appointment was at 11:45 I went late there by 5 mins also I called and informed them I am running late as soon as I entered I checked in they asked me to wait so I went ahead and sit ….I waited till 12.10 that they will come and take me for the hair styling but none of them come to me however I saw 2-3 girls in the billing counter were gossiping but they didn’t bother to ask me when I went to her and ask how long is the waiting they said surprisingly did you check in ? I was like what ???? Then one girl came and said yes she checked in .I felt so unwelcomed .Staff needs to do better job for customer satisfaction .

I came to this place to get my hair done a couple of years ago and I had a great experience I loved my hair. Before the appointment I called to see if there was anyone available to specialize in African American natural hair and was able to get the question answered without a rude response. Today not too long ago I called because I wanted to come in again to get a blowout, but needed to know if there was anyone again available to do African American natural hair, which is not a crazy question because not all stylist are confident or specialize in natural AA hair (because I don't want my hair/curls damaged). The lady that answered the phone was really rude. She paused like she was irritated and proceeded to say well all of our stylist can do all types of hair. Throughout the phone conversation she was rude and could not get a direct answer from the only question I asked. I don't usually write reviews, but that did not sit right with me at all.

I loved it! My hair is heavy so we opted for a braided updo and it stayed in place from 1:45p until I took it out myself around 12:30a. I'd definitely go back again!
