The truth is that I know why many women prefer to buy online! What's the use of having staff to show you what you need if they make fun of the girls? Apart from that, they are very rude. I have heard how they make fun of the people who are in the store instead of making people feel and inspire confidence. The truth is that they do not even want to ask if any product favors the skin type.
Normally when I go it’s hard to get help and the staff isn’t always the nicest. But I took a family member today and a staff member named Anthony went above and beyond. Not only did they answer all of our questions but they even went out of their designated brand to make sure we were satisfied with our purchases. They even showed my family member how to apply products since he is a beginner. Anthony made us feel welcomed and we will definitely be coming back.
