Tracy has been my nail tech since I moved to Visalia over two years ago and have always been very satisfied with her work.

I'm doing an update review for this location. When I first came here to do my gel nails, I had a great experience and my gel nails lasted up to 3 weeks. I was so happy and thought that I finally found my personal nail tech. Unfortunately this last time I had my nails done, Tracy was very short with me. She did not give me the customer service she was giving other customers at that time. She rushed my gel nails even though she didn't have any customers waiting for her. My nails only lasted 1 week to date. One nail broke and the other nail lifted. I'm so disappointed.

Girl if u have money & wanna support this soon to be out-of-business ash business then go for it bc they’re nice once u get to talk to them, no smiles but hella non judgmental. I could’ve done my own nails better than this tho. They just wanted to close when I went, my nails are uneven as heck, they didn’t do the bottom of my nails so I’d have to come in for a refill sooner, I asked for coffin and got oval coffin, they didn’t do even coats so some nails are darker than others & I want to cry bc I spent 67$ just to take them off. Debating on going back for a refund but I don’t wanna be a bword. Just save ur money. Learn ur self.
