JCPenney Salon

I booked an appointment online. When I showed up they said they couldn't do my hair because it actually takes 3 hours even though online it only meets you book an hour. They are aware of this glitch but they didn't call me to tell me they just let me show up and not get my hair done.

Jackie at the JCPenny Salon did an excellent job on my daughter's very dense hair. My daughter said Jackie was very gentle and I'm super pleased with the cut! I highly recommend Jackie! ????????

I like coming here the gentleman that do my hair know my hair type and what to do make it pretty and stylish and healthy and I say if you got curly hair the gentleman or couple of the women are the best they straighten my hair make sure it looks right before citing it and they also have people more improved people here now I had my hair murdered by high salon and I went here via recommendation and my hair has looked great now I get it appointments get canceled but I call ask who in before hand i see these reviews breaks my heart they are super great people and I pref to go here because often stylist don’t know how to cut or work with curly hair so honestly if you want some place that’s going to do you hair right then I say come here and ignore the reviews they get busy or call out the world doesn’t own people they aren’t always able to make it in. Now if your hair has been damaged or is very fake yeah it going to become fired I chipped a lot hair off to get it right and they never harm
