Had an appointment for my son at 10:30 today and they must’ve just double booked or something taking other customers before us even though we made an appointment. This has happened before. Don’t recommend this place horrible customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could.
I just bought awaphuhi hydro cream whip. The price on it was $25.00! They said prices just went up so it was $31.00!!! False advertising is illegal! Plus the two girls were way RUDE!!! I will NEVER go to super cuts again. You just lost a 15 year customer!
I booked an appointment online and was seen immediately. They appeared to be short staff because after I got my haircut there were about 5 people waiting in line and only 3 barbers/stylist and one of whom was on lunch break. My haircut was good, not phenomenal but worth the price which was about $10-$12 cheaper than what i would pay at a regular babershop. I recommend giving this place a chance. I will be returning here.
