Hair Express

Today we went to this place and my son did not like his haircut. He cried and walk out because the lady messed up his hair and she doesn’t know how to listen to the customer wants. We will never go back to this store place!!!!

Got a haircut here and I was literally sitting in the chair thinking about how I should've just cut it on my own, that's how much I hate it. I am still very much sad when I look in the mirror. Update: The first two days of having the haircut I got from this place have been absolutely horrible. I asked for a “v” cut. My hair was slightly wavy from being braided the night before. Instead of using water, the stylist used a hot hair straightener without heat protectant constantly on the hair instead of using water and a comb (which would’ve easily straightened the hair out). Also, the “v” isn’t symmetrical. She also made me stand a couple times in the middle of the haircut to see if it was “even”. The way she did bangs wasn’t standard as she didn’t part the hair first. This was a below average, if not extremely below average haircut for $40. The straightening took all the volume out of my hair. I washed and blow dried my hair after coming home, giving it some volume back. I hesitated to even give a tip, but she spent almost 20 minutes straightening my long hair- I gave her $5 because she did put some effort in (although it should’ve been included in the price. Very unhappy and wouldn’t recommend unless you want a straight cut (the easiest of them all). The first cut she made to
