Excellent Hair

I have used this place for couple of times for my haircut . Although Lori provide ok service but the prices are really jacked up. I feel that they are overpriced. Service does not align with their prices. I do feel the greed to make quick money but not care of customer returns. I would not return because of the unreasonable high prices

I have been getting haircuts here for several years with good service. But, when I got home from my last haircut and took my mask off; the right side of my hair was more than a half inch shorter than the left side. When I called to have Lori fix that; she told me to come in. She made me wait for 30 minutes before she helped me. She told me that it was because I was wearing a mask. When I said that she could at least apologize. She became angry and said she did apologize. She refuses to ever cut my hair again. Service: Haircut

Lori has been cutting my hair for 28 years she is the best...drive from milpitas to union city for her....would'nt go to good places in Milpitas even if they are closer...thank u lori for ur best service and haircut
