I would not recommend. I have 2 boys who needed haircuts. I work near the area and decided to come here for the 1st time. We walked in and were seated to wait. They were having a hard time comforting a child for haircut. After about 30 min of trying someone complained about the crying and they gave up. when it was my son's turn they told me that they couldn't cut his hair because someone complained and they didn't want to upset them if my child cried. I explained to them that my boys are comfortable getting cuts, my boy was already seated ready to go when they denied me service. I felt so disrespected because I am a minority and they decided to cater to someone else. They didn't even give me the option of waiting a lil longer or scheduling an appointment. I went out of my way to give them a try just to be rejected.

I made a last minute appointment with Neena for a wash and blowout before my husband's birthday party. To start: the wash and head massage felt incredible on my scalp. The best part of the entire experience was that she took her time. I never felt rushed. She used all the curlers, the clips, the special blowdrying tricks. And what happened when I asked for a voluminous blowout with some extra hhumphhhh? I got voluminous, sexy, humph-y hair! Hair is so personal, so it was meaningful to me that she actually listened and responded accordingly. I walked out of the salon feeling like a million dollars and had walked in feeling like a can of tuna. Thank you, Panache!

The Owner of this place was selling Curio's. We corresponded back and forth during the week. Told her my wife and I would be there on a Sunday to purchase. I even called before we left and then person said to just be here before 430p, we got there around 215p. We live an hour away. When we got there they had already been sold and taken. Not sure why she was selling stuff off but my guess is that the place is going out of business due to BAD customer service. Thanks for wasting our time and hope you treat other customers better than you treated us if youremain in business. Luckily it wasn't a total loss. We had lunch at the Itallian place next door and the food was very good and the Service was Great, the way it should be.
