My Nail Bar

Went for an eyebrow clean up. Once I left immediately felt burning on my left eyebrow. A day later it left a scar. Called to speak to a manager, they took my name and number down. I still haven’t heard back. Won’t be back at this establishment. Service: Waxing

They only cater to regular customers! This place makes my stomach churn every time I walk by. I went here back in February this year for a manicure I set an appointment for as a new customer since I had recently moved to the area and someone recommended I give this nail salon a try. I sat in the chair as a male tech started removing my acrylic nails. Suddenly he stopped taking off my nails, greeted a white woman who had come early for her appointment and started working on her nails! The girl at the front desk said they were extra busy and made me wait 30 minutes before a new tech resumed removing my acrylic nails. Embarrassed by how I was treated, another white woman to my right started recommending other nail salons I could try where I would get good service. I wanted to walk out but there was no guarantee I would get a last minute appointment at another salon. Eventually a female tech completed my manicure. I got a full set and a pedicure , full set French tip was $80 and was told it’s a 10 Day Free repair , never heard of anything like that ! Nail cracked first day I left , I’m alll the way on east coast and it’s only been 4 days and every nail is terrible lifting and cracking worst experience in my life wish I was in Santa Monica I want a refund !!
