Very unprofessional approach. I came to style my hair. The stylist was trying to convince that my hair can get only what she was able to do. Then I was offered to brush my hair fir additional 75$ ???? (saying it is too mats)to the style costing 55$ so I brushed it myself in 10sec. At the end I had my hair done the way you know it’s not gonna last more the 10 mins. And this is exactly what happened. Just because it was undone. They charged me $55 I paid even with tips $65 but then discovered my card was charged $75 instead. Very disappointed in the whole experience. I am sorry guys that life put you in position that you have to cheat lie and work unprofessional.

Jeffrey's awesome! He did my balayage and the highlight color was slightly off -- had to have been the lighting in the shop. I don't know why they don't have better lighting in there! Anyway, I called him and he gladly redid it. No attitude, no pushback. He's great and takes his time to make sure his clients are happy.

Had a haircut with Sam. Just wanted to take length out, seemed pretty straightforward. When we were done I thought my hair shape looked a bit strange but that I probably just needed to wash it and style it. Yeah right… as soon as I got home and my hair dried I saw the horror. Props because it’s kinda like an abstract art piece of strange shapes and flows. Anyway, I do NOT recommend. Probably have to shave it now. Service: Haircut
