Ok, I never write down google reviews but Mina made me do this. I went there very sad with a very flat and bad haircut I previously got. She and her husband were very kind and welcoming. She asked me what I wanted so I was prepared with some pictures. Quickly she started washing my hair (she turned on the massage chair for me) and then she started brushing and cutting my hair. She's very nice and kind, she never pulled my hair nor made me feel uncomfortable. After she was done my jaw dropped and my happy face came out again! Mina did exactly what I asked her to do and MORE! I will definitely be coming back for my regular hair cuts! It was raining and even her husband took an umbrella and escorted me to my car. It’s always nerve-racking to go somewhere new for a cut and color, especially just before a big event like I did. I chose Mina at Bolden Salon based on all the positive reviews, and what a great decision it was! She spent a fair amount of time up front discussing my hair type (which is very fine) and asking what I wanted to achieve with the color, low lights, and the cut. She really listened to my ideas and offered great suggestions to make my hair look fuller and healthier. She also made sure to use products that are very gentle on the hair. The end result was fantastic. I’ve never been this happy with my hair! Mina herself is a lovely woman, so warm and personable. Her salon is modern and beautifully decorated in white and gold tones and it feels very relaxing. As a bonus there is free parking in the ally behind the shop so there’s no need to drive around looking for street parking. If you’re looking for a new hair stylist, I HIGHLY recommend Mina. I’ve been to Mina twice now and she has done an amazing job both times layering and face framing my hair. I love her work and she’s always very kind and does exactly what invision on my hair.
