Completely ridiculous. Waiter for half an hour for a pre booked appointment outside because the person did not have keys to the place and then the lady tells me she cannot take the appointment. Simply ridiculous service

Highly recommend this place. I have gone here a couple of times, my boyfriend’s mom recommended this place. It is located in the heart of Downtown San Leandro. They provide exceptional customer service, very warm and welcoming personality. Annissa was also fast and did a perfect job so I didn’t have to spend a whole lot on parking. Their prices are extremely reasonable, compared to other places. What stood out to me that is different than other places, is that they charge the same price for waxing and threading. Other places, charge more for waxing. I am really appreciate and grateful for that. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this place. 5 stars! Services: Body waxing, Eyebrow threading, Waxing

I don't trust most shops on my eyebrows but I always come here they do a great job and it's really quick and not expensive. The ladies there are also very nice.
