I only went for a trim, a simple classic bob. After cutting a guideline, Betty took out a razor and started hacking on it. I think she realized she made a mistake and went back to scissors and spent the rest of the time telling me how badly the person before her had cut it. I have chunks of freshly cut short hair throughout my head. It took me so long to grow it out as long as I had that I am furious and sorry that I went there. It should have been so simple. Great place. I always get a great haircut here. Wait times are short. Staff is very professional.
At first I was a little skeptical but I was extremely content with the outcome. The lady was very friendly and she knew exactly what she was doing.
