Tried to make an appointment they told me just to walk in. Waited almost an hr. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job, she gave a great massage and was nice. The manicurist was nice too but she got sloppy while making conversation. I asked her twice about a flower job and she still forgot, when the acrylic spilled over she tried to push it back in place with her finger. By the time she was done I was displeased and didn't even wanna bug her about the flowers she forgot. Nails came out a little crooked.
Absolute worst service and worst nails that I have ever had done. I had to go back because every nail was rough. The guy that did my nails did the massage after painting my nails and was so aggressive that I had to ask him to stop. He was the RUDEST person to ever work on my nails. NEVER AGAIN!!! Also while I was there 2 other people came in and complained about the services they had within the last 24-48 hours.
After an hour of leaving this “SPA” , and spending $85.00, this is how my nails look. Please see attached pic.
